📦 How To Start A Return
- Email us at support@korekinetic.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- We'll reply within one business day with confirmation and next steps.
- For faulty or incorrect items, we'll send a prepaid return label — you won't pay a penny.
- Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear after we've processed it — this depends on your bank or card provider.
If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the amount will be returned to your original balance.
⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong product — email us straight away. We'll send a replacement the same day and cover all return shipping costs. No need to wait for the return to arrive before we ship your replacement.
