  2. We'll reply within one business day with confirmation and next steps.
  3. For faulty or incorrect items, we'll send a prepaid return label β€” you won't pay a penny.
  4. Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear after we've processed it β€” this depends on your bank or card provider.

If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the amount will be returned to your original balance.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong product β€” email us straight away. We'll send a replacement the same day and cover all return shipping costs. No need to wait for the return to arrive before we ship your replacement.
