If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll sort it β full refund, no questions asked, no lengthy forms. We stand behind every product we sell.
β What's Covered
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products that are unused or have only been tried on once or twice
- Items that arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect
- Orders where you simply changed your mind β no reason needed
π¦ How To Start A Return
- Email us at support@korekinetic.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- We'll reply within one business day with confirmation and next steps.
- For faulty or incorrect items, we'll send a prepaid return label β you won't pay a penny.
- Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 3β5 business days.
π³ Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3β5 business days for the refund to appear after we've processed it β this depends on your bank or card provider.
If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the amount will be returned to your original balance.
β οΈ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong product β email us straight away. We'll send a replacement the same day and cover all return shipping costs. No need to wait for the return to arrive before we ship your replacement.
β Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Products that have been heavily used (trying on once or twice is fine, but items showing significant wear cannot be returned unless faulty)
- Items without original packaging where hygiene applies
